What is Baking Paper made of?

Baking paper is made by infusing paper with silicone. It produces a cross-linked material with high density, stability and heat resistance and low surface tension which impart good non-stick or release properties.

Does the Baking process add any fat to my food?

The baking process does not add any fat to the product.

How does Baking work?

The dry heat of baking changes the form of starches in the food and causes its outer surfaces to brown, giving it an attractive appearance and taste, while partially sealing in the food's moisture.
